I call it continuous development plan
I’ve been 6 years or more working in continuous development, I think the most important thing in the progress from idea to product is the Wheel. Idea: the beginning, Product: the end of the road (the sprint). So, before going to the end we need to define the road and keep following the road, I call it Planning. So, what’s the wheel is?
Many times in the road you probably meet the obstacle, that when the Wheel works, avoid, jump or do anything to get over that stone.
So, what happen if when know the target, we want to get to the end but we never define the road or plan for the sprint ? That (might) cause you can be lost (waste time) or never get the end.
