I am a passionate Engineering Leader with more than 15 years of experience releasing impacful software services and application. The key contributor, former Lead iOS developer at RingMD bringing online healthcare to the masses. Senior Software Engineer at VNG Corporation which is the top Internet company in Vietnam. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Science majoring in Software Engineering.

Since November 2018 I joined igloo Insurtech at the beginning stage. Igloo provides more affordable insurance and faster approvals with ML models for pricing and risk management, processing millions of insurance data on BigQuery to speed up underwriting and claims.
– Worked with designers to define the concept of our mobile app.
– Resolved the big problem: building the Camera module (computer vision module) on iOS, then leverage it to build an in-house React-native module to be used in the main Mobile Application.
– Refined the Mobile Application infrastructure to be able to launch in Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Indonesia, fully automated for CI/CD.

– Mentor, review, and practice clean code with new members.
– Design and create the first version of Mobile SDK which leverages the Camera Module. which is a game-changer since we are shifting to B2B2C.
– Assistant CEO and CTO in all the rehearsal/planning meetings with Partners in Vietnam/Thailand.
– Working closely with the Engineering team as a Senior Developer and consult UI/UX Designer on SDK/Mobile Design.


I believe that everyone needs to be able to challenge themselves in order to obtain new knowledge, ideas, and skills. Learning needs to be on a flexible, on-demand, and continual basis in order to contribute to this kind of cutting-edge performance. Some of mine online certification:

Currently, I have been researching AI, especially Computer Vision. I believe that the advantages of computers could help humans solve many real-life problems, avoid Human mistakes, and can make a better decision, If, they have enough knowledge, the ability to learn new knowledge, deny unethical knowledge, and giving the best decision for the current Real Life context.

The computer has the ability to learn, and it learns from data which is a digital result, Images, Text, Sound, Light, Temperature, etc.. So before learning, the Computer must have the ability to Consume information from a real-life, real context, we call it Vision, the ability to See, Analyse, Predict the current context.
