WHO CAN LEAD A LEADER ?

I’ve spent lots of time to watch people who are leader to figure out who is the TRUST leader. In a large firm with more than 250 staffs working everyday, it’s hard to reach a hight performance of everybody if we let he or she works alone, really hard. So, we need one guy who can carry another one, combine the others to one, unique peoples to one, inspire them, help them moving on. We need one guy with responsibility always be in his mind, responsibility not only with his boss, it’s also with his teammates, that’s important. Who can point out the right way? Who can make the others trust his decision? Only the leaders can do it. Yes, of courses, the TRUST leader.

So, back to our question, with a guy who is really fantastic like that, who can lead him ? It is not easy to answer. That guy, who can make others trust his decision, he has to trust him self more than 10 peoples combined. That’s trouble. What happen if he was wrong. Human, sometimes, will be wrong. That’s the time I figure out the TRUST leader.

He can’t be a GREAT leader without trust. Do you trust your teammates, your vision and yourself? You should. As a man stand above others, that’s the most important thing you should do before working together, especially as a LEADER. It’s easy if everything’s going well. So, how about the bad case. It’s a very different story. His instinct tells him that’s not his fault, he know that it’s not his fault, but from the above guys, it’s not simple like that. The TRUST leader thinks for the LONG ROAD, he trust his teammates and improve them, give them strength to go with him to the end, and he will make others leader. If he can do it, he got his success, he got the hight performance team and hight quality result, if not, he could destroy your plan and waste your money to carry a low performance guy. Correct or not, depend on our story 🙂
