I truly believe that engineers will do their best when they are constrained by either money, tools, or resources. If you become sloppy because you have too much money, that’s the wrong mindset.

I call it continuous development plan

I’ve been 6 years or more working in continuous development, I think the most important thing in the progress from idea to product is the Wheel. Idea: the beginning, Product: the end of the road (the sprint). So, before going to the end we need to define the road and keep following the road, I call it Planning. So, what’s the wheel is?
